Diary of an Edinburgher

It’s a sign!

Had a sunny morning walk round the Links in between showers. JR was not so lucky in the afternoon…

We’ve had regular updates on Hazel’s first day cruising… wonderful!

I’ve cancelled Netflix but re-joined Prime. Clarkson’s Farm is more appealing than what’s on offer on N. Also, I thought I could watch the T20 cricket on Prime, but it appears not. Scotland is doing quite well!

My favourite photo editing app, after many happy years of free usage, has stopped - not supported any more. I’ve spent the last few days checking out various apps, and then deleting them. I don’t do enough editing these days to warrant actually paying. But I have realised that one I have, Snapseed, (free) has some amazing tools that I hadn’t even looked at.

Archie and I took a dry stroll out this evening before tea, and look what we found - a full can of Irn Bru (made frae girders). They have quite amusing ads, and it’s ‘Scotland’s National Drink’ (though I’ve never tasted it and don’t know anybody who drinks it). But they have put out special ‘WE CAN’ cans… perhaps it’s a sign…

Yes, I will be watching the game tonight. Good luck lads - you’re going to need it!
