DAY 2….

And a time to celebrate 37 years.
We are a great team, survivors of difficult times and best friends.
We had a very very lazy morning in our unusual holiday home. It was pouring so there was no point in having a beach day (as planned). At about midday we decided to head out to find a pub or cafe to log into their WIFI as we are off grid!!!
We found this lovely pub (by coincidence just down from the road where we stayed New Year’s Eve 2022-23). We also bumped into a friend’s daughter (and friend of our J). She recommended the pub meals and she was soooo right. Worth every penny. By the time we got back at 4 the sun was out and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine and reading.
