Fathers Day

For those of us fortunate enough to still have our Fathers in our life, today was all about spending a little quality time together.  We invited my dad and K up for lunch.  I made cock o' leekie soup (at his request) and we all enjoyed soup, followed by cakes and coffee.

Dad was on good form considering we were not sure he'd make it after his illness at the start of the year.

Next stop, September when he hits 80!
