Mary’s Umbrella….

I met up with friend Mary and her dog, Mia during our early walk on today’s rainy morning.
Mary was using her magnificent umbrella. Made by a company called “Blunt”, it is engineered to withstand very rough weather and strong winds. They are very popular in Wellington which is known as “Windy Wellington”..
Mary’s one is designed in support of the “ Forest and Bird” organization. It has two New Zealand wild parrots, called “Kaka”, on it. They are beautiful birds and have red feathers under their wings, displayed in flight.
