Still light

I spent most of today either tidying up the house or in the music room, the former activities all relating to the fact that Hannah and Dan were coming home, today. 

I made a macaroni cheese for dinner - a favourite of Abi and Hannah's that Dan has come to belatedly - while Abi went to pick up Dan from the station and then an hour or so later I went to collect Hannah.

So it was that the four of us had dinner and a great evening together. I love how all the kids get on. 

About half-past nine, as I popped out to the kitchen to fetch more drinks, I realised I hadn't taken a photo, so here's a quick shot from the back door: still light!
