Notes: Didn't sleep well at all and neighbors making lots of noise. Up ~7a and couldn't go back to sleep. Still feeling pretty awful, did stuff around the house, chores, cleaning, juiced some celery, made a batch of charcoal tooth powder. Went for a meditation then and was hoping to sleep for several hours after but couldn't. Tried to clean the nasty tub and mat again - let it sit in water, vinegar, baking soda and bleach for hours. Took photos of the wooden whale (hanging to right of TV) and the black/white Arc de Triomphe photo on canvas taking up part of the big east wall above chaise lounge. Relaxed late afternoon and streamed shows. Didn't go outside at all or speak to anyone today (text or email but no speech with others). Watched another Wendy Kennedy & the P's interview later - such great stuff. And dark clouds and thunder but never really saw any rain.
