Everywhere is overgrown?!!

Today 'Mr Sunshine' was no where to be seen, although it was very hot & humid. Where has he gone? I went for my morning walk along the lane and just look at the amount of overgrown vegetation there is here. Can you believe that there is a house at the end of this lane so a car needs to drive along here.

For those of you who read our BLIP yesterday, you will know that the minute we got home from my afternoon walk, my human went online and reported a very, very, very overgrown path to 'Cornwall Council.' Whether they will do anything about it remains to be seen. If they don't do anything then the path will be come so overgrown that it will cease to be a path.

Looks like the lane will cease to become a lane?!  However, Ann doesn't really want to report the lane because she doesn't want to get the reputation of being a 'batty old complaining woman' and anyway, surely the people who live at the end of the lane have already reported all the overgrown vegetation? Who knows?

Years ago, Ann was a 'volunteer footpath inspector'. Not sure if they have such things in St Ives now. If they don't....................... they certainly need some??!!
