The 'Westerhornermolen', Grijpskerk

'Grijpskerk' = 'Gripes-kehrk'

Fab weather for a long trip!  Nothing but cute, puffy clouds!  Quite warm, so car window generously open.

The Westerhorner Mill was built in 1829 to drain and maintain the Westerhorner polder.  No possibility of a pano shot from either the front or the back, so I had to settle for a frontal close-up... grrrr!  It was either that or a pole-vault attempt to get to the polder on the other side (behind me), and I have neither poles nor skills.

Nonetheless, a most fabulous day on the road!  I really should visit these northern areas more often.  They are quite distant, though.

Back home, some housekeeping, kitchen duties, and 21.00 football.

Thankful for the good feeling yesterday which spilled onto today.
