Taking the Ferry

Our trip was probably the smoothest journey we ever had traveling from Florida to Wolfe Island, Ontario. We left our house at 5:30 am to the airport and arrived on Wolfe Island by 1:30 pm.

The Uber driver was early, check-in/TSA & boarding were easy. The plane landed 20 mins early & the rental was delivered quickly. We got to the ferry and drove right on! The ferry left almost immediately and going through Canadian customs when we landed was a breeze. Steve & I were astounded! 

In the main photo I'm looking towards Wolfe Island, just like the couple in front of their car are. It's only a 20 minute ride to take the 12 car ferry from New York to the Island. The extra is a photo of the Horne's Ferry Pilot House. There is light rain now and the temperature is 20 degrees lower here, but that suits us just fine!
