Noo randomly asked for Spam - something to do with “a great idea” he’s had with regard to entertaining a friend tomorrow.

I took part in The Gover Games this morning.

That was fun, but I’m not in very good shape. Luckily my partner, Roberto, wasn’t taking things too seriously. There isn’t a part of me now that doesn’t hurt. In fact I hurt in places I didn’t know I had.
