Notes: Wow - slept until 645a and don't remember waking up thru the night (unbelievable!). Groggy tho still for a bit. El came over ~815a and picked me up for a walk on Pass-A-Grille beach (completed mural) - found all kinds of amazing shells and some beach glass today! Felt very in sync, joyful and easy! Headed back and met Nancy at Craft Kafe and shared quite awhile, I had an amazing latte made w/ heavy cream - first drink that really tasted and felt good there! We headed back then and hung out for a bit at El's condo (Town Shores) between rain showers and then she brought me back to the house, we cleaned out the fridge/freezer. She headed back then and I watched some online then vacuumed, wiped out the fridge, made some food (still all carnivore). Watched a bunch of vids - intel and Wendy Kennedy, lots transpiring! Took shower and watched a bit more, did the DNA activation and then relaxed to some shows.
