Notes: Woke early and waited till closer to sunrise and then headed out on bike. Felt a bit hard and heavy from the beginning but did 15 mi - quite warm and long shower after ... tired hit and didn't really see any of the CBS Sun Morn show, napped thru till 1025a. Woke, tired and groggy still and felt a bit of headache. Didn't do much of anything except eat too much. Sold the wooden whale that was hanging on the wall behind the tv - guy picked it up today. Little bit of rain in the afternoon. Quiet night, did a meditation around 8p, went to bed early ... not feeling great in any way.
