Yuccas

The yuccas are starting to bloom. Last year there were 9 flower stalks. This year there are twice as many, although some are smaller. This is the first grouping to bloom.

The temperature in the truck this afternoon was reading 30 C. With the humidity it felt warmer than that. We worked till about 1:30. Everyone was feeling the heat today, and they were ready to go home. I had an appointment to meet with a client to go over a design. I have the job booked for early September.

Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler, although it depends on which weather forecast you listen to. We will have a short day again, because I have an appointment for an oil change on the truck at 3:30. We really need a break from the heat and humidity. Normally we only get this heat in early August and it only last 3 or 4 days. This heat wave has lasted for over a week.

I added an extra of Peaches sleeping in the bathroom sink tonight.
