A painted lady ,inside view
It was 89 degrees and humid today with a wild thunderstorm lasting only about an hour. The winds were crazy. For about a half hour before all the birds were heading for the trees and no butterflies around. This photo was in the morning when it was very sunny. The extra is juvenile , I think it is a common yellowthroat as the male was in this spot (and partially obscured by leaves) a few minutes before.
