Hive talking

On a Shaun hunt again this morning. This is number 38 of 109 to collect before the end of August.

According to the information ‘Hive Talking’ celebrates how bees keep the cycle of life turning. The illustration shows the pollen circulating in the air showcasing our wonderful British flowers. The extra shows a collage of 6 more Shauns.

Other than collection Shauns we did a few things in town then our own gardening tasks; me at the allotment and Susan at home. It was warm work this afternoon in the full sun. Yo-yo weather: yellow warning of rain on Monday yellow heat warning Friday.

Susan has asked me to thank you all for your lovely comments about her latest painting. You’re a grand lot. She’s started another…

We’re on our way to stay with friends in Keswick next week to bag a few Wainwrights (we hope), travelling up Sunday and then on to Edinburgh for a few days with the Scottish branch.
