'For All Mankind'

It was always the plan that Izzy and I would watch the Season three finale of 'For All Mankind' together while she was home on R&R. However, we still had two more episodes to watch to get to the finale.

Hannah kindly let us use her living room, this evening, so I brought 'round the drinks* and got us a Deliveroo**, while Izzy provided the choc. 

The episodes and especially the finale were all up to their usually standard, i.e. excellent writing, great acting, and SO MUCH STRESS! 

One of the highpoints for me was the very end, looking ahead to season four, when one of the characters, Margo, opens her curtains to look out over what looked like a Russian city. While this was happening, they played 'Everything In It's Right Place' by Radiohead, which was perfect.

As was my evening with Izzy. We had an absolute blast. 

* Hannah and I were both on a drink free day and Izzy wanted a break from the wall to wall socialising (i.e. drinking) that she's been doing since she's been home, hence the Nosecco.
