Yummy

We got a call around 1.45 asking us to be in by 5.00.  Lots of rushing around as we were taking bits back to Next at Junction 8 when the call arrived.  No.1 was not feeling well so I quickly finished packing her bag and we drove over to Tooting - thankfully the M25 was ok?

We arrived at the requested time (being told the doctor was going at 5.00). I think someone was telling porkies as nobody arrived and we could have delayed our arrival for a few hours!!!  I had taken some salmon out for dinner (baked with roasted potatoes and sauté potatoes) but had no time eat before rushing out.  No.1 was settle in and checks carried out and she was asked if she wanted dinner?  We had a late breakfast and no lunch so she was hungry?  There was no choice just this delicious meal.  Mashed potato, boiled potato and potato chunks in the ‘hash’. It wasn’t eaten (although No,2 said the gravy looked good!). Trying to smile in the face of sh*t - literally.

I left around 10.00 and stayed the night at Tooting - very strange being on my own.  Surgery tomorrow so will get to hospital around 7.30 and let’s hope she’s first on the list?

BTW - the doctor never did turn up?!
