Rock fish

Nana Joan had gave me some mussels and Mr R doesn't like them so I cooked them up this morning.  The jedi was shocked and asked " why are you eating rock fish " . Hehe . 

I let my legs out today as we are having our only summer day . 
Harp and Lincoln want me to take them to the kids parkrun so they showed me that they could run around the outside of the park 12 times. They did well. 

I've got my sister and kids staying the night as I'm leaving at 5am to go to Manchester with Mr R tomorrow morning.  He is getting some health procedures done. I'll have to drive us home. I haven't driven that far on the motorway.
