Very low.

Well we set off around 5am . So a very early start for us. Mr R drove down to Manchester.  
He had two procedures done which took just over a hour and he was quite groggy for a while. His heart rate kept dropping quite low for a few hour's but once he had something to eat he felt better for it. 

My sister called while we were away. She had the 4 wildlings.  The jedi has had a poorly tummy all afternoon.  

I managed to drive 200+ miles on the motorway.  I still dislike it but we made it home. 

I've put 3 of the wildlings to bed and now I have two patients to look after.
