Higher Pain Day

Higher pain day so have just survived not thrived.

Got this silicone colander for washing berries and draining pasta, will Blip better tomorrow, all being well.

Managed just over 5,000 steps, pretty decent for a fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility syndrome flare day…

Thanks to everyone on Blip who has supported my July challenge, it means more to me than you will all ever know :)

Please, donate to my paced walking fundraiser in aid of breast cancer if you can, would love to reach my £150 fundraising target by the end of the month, dropped off a wee potted plant and smoothie to one of my best friends and former colleagues today, £130 raised to date (steps in comments and donation link below):

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Giving Page. Due to having fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility syndrome, I will undertake this challenge by doing paced walking (with mobility aids as necessary). I am a chronic asthma warrior too.

I plan to undertake a paced walking challenge throughout July 2024 for breast cancer research for all those living with the disease. This is for you and for all those no longer with us.

I have lost many friends and family to different cancers (oesophageal cancer, stomach cancer, bowel cancer and breast cancer) and my Mum is a Stage 2 breast cancer survivor thanks to advances in screening, treatments and research.
