On the way to the train

A backblip once again.

The day this was taken was Daughter C's birthday, and our Auckland-based family gathered at hers for a dinner and cake. A happy gathering.

Which turned a few hours later when she became quite ill with respiratory distress an palpitations. Ended up in hospital, where S and I saw her in the early hours of Thursday. Fortunately, the interventions were quickly successful and she was discharged Thursday afternoon.
