Mourning Run

This sculpture is by Theresa Calvert and is in commemoration of all our youth lost before their time.
I was checking out the Rec Center to think about joining. I need to come back tomorrow for a tour but as I came out, I saw this sculpture grouping. It is very moving. Wyoming has had the highest suicide rate in the country for years due to both a lack of mental health care and access to guns. It is slowly addressing the issue. This artwork isn't solely due to suicide but it certainly plays a big role in Wyoming.
It's another hot day but I think some thunderstorms are coming tomorrow and hopefully some rain.
