Flaxes at the Matakauri wetlands …..

….. ….. ….. and Coronet Peak in the distance; there’s not much snow up there now. Apparently there’s more forecast - we’ll have to wait & see! It’s been another warm day. Unbelievable. 16°C

It’s been much more relaxing today which has been very welcome. I had some shopping to do in Queenstown, so Missy & I had a wander around the wetlands. The photo is the one & only for today.

I organised a takeaway slow-cooked lamb meal while I was in town and that’s what my daughter & son-in-law & I had for dinner! SIL said he’s finally emptied the ice out of the chooks’ water drum, and it was still really thick!
