Chancer

Veterans Breakfast at the Veterans Halt, a first for both Sam and Paddy. A time to relax amongst friends over a great breakfast cooked by the “Grill Sergeant”, chew the fat, see what’s new.
Paddy seemed popular, he behaved well despite chancing his arm at the breakfast table, (pictured), and despite all the titbits he survived the car journey back without incident.
We headed home and I left to go back over to Redruth for a rugby match;

Played to raise funds for various charities and in memory of an Army Air Corps soldier, Bungle’ who lost his life in 2014.
Mrs S out in the evening, I settled to watch more rugby, Uruguay v Scotland but the commentary was so bad I turned it down, picked up my book and then fell asleep.
