A day in the life

Potatoes

A very nice day was closed with a longish walk through the wood leading up to The Garden, the "secret" garden created by two brothers. The try new plants every year, I can't remember having seen these bushes before. It's called Balloon flower in Swedish, Nicandra physalodes in latin. Apparently it's a member of the potatoe family, originally from Peru. There were many of them, about two metres high with lots of "balloons".
