KNOT

I slept better last night and the back pain is back to the usual level today. 

Walked down to the village this afternoon to do some food shopping and pick up a couple of parcels in Tesco. It had rained through the night but today was dry and  I think it has been the hottest day of the year so far. 

I made some mini quiche muffins this afternoon so that I would have a quick meal ready when I got back from slimming group.  I had a half pound gain this week... I think it was due to a bit of " comfort eating "  when my back was extra painful.  Hopefully I can get that half pound off next week -  and maybe a bit more.

Abstract Thursday has no them so I decided to go extra bright today.  My original shot was a boring brown image of a knot in a wooden fence near the cricket club.  After some processing this is the result.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
