Friday Flowers

Weather was nice again so I headed for Newcastle.  First stop was Superdrug to drop off a carrier bag of blister packs.  Then a look around TK Maxx - got nothing.  Sat on a bench in Old Eldon Square for a while enjoying the sunshine.  They have an outdoor cinema there during the school hols.  The film showing this afternoon was Kung Fu Panda 4.  There were a lot of parents/grandparents and children watching it.  Next I went to Tesco and then got my bus home.

Went into into my back garden to find my Flower Friday blip.  It was rather windy so it wasn't easy to get clear shots. I think the white flower is a Stonecrop - a type of sedum. The deep red lily - and a few others - have just popped up for the first time this summer - I didn't plant them.  The yellow flowers are Loosestrife.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting.

Ive watched more of the Olympics this evening - swimming, BMX racing, trampolining, and some track events.
