Seashore

Sue popped in to fuss the dogs - Bella here today too - while I was at work.  When I got home she rang to tell me about where she went afterwards, to The Point, the spit of seashore land right at the mouth of the Dysynni.   Birds, butterflies and wildflowers in abundance.  Too good to miss, I headed out there after a quick sandwich tea.  By this time the sun had dipped and some flowers had closed up but there was still much to distract the eye..

It had been another long and quite busy day at Aber cafe.  I had three youngsters who have not worked there very often, plus an old friend working with me.  The day went smoothly so I think we can all be pleased.  After the wildflower expedition, which I did without taking Meg, I did take her out to see Jane, John and Jack at Rhydyronen where I was able to give Jane and Jack the finished pottery that they had glazed earlier this week.  Very good it is too :-)
