Ouch!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning beach swim off Gyllyngvase. All four of us, Mrs S, Sam, Paddy and I were in the water, cold to start but it’s surprising how quickly you warm up.
We had breakfast bagels with coffee from one of the takeaways, this one a converted horse box, great food to finish a really good start to the day.
Rugby club for some clearing away where I managed to drop one of the large fence support blocks onto my big toe, painful.
The day was curtailed after that - just as well I’m married to a nurse.
