07:00 - making gingerbread

I sometimes wonder about my circadian rhythm. It's only a traybake though,  not a full blown cake. 

No Monday childminding today as our grandson is on holiday in Poland. From the photos it looks terrific. Hot! 

I have a couple of friends coming round this morning. Hope they like gingerbread. This afternoon, by which time I think it'll be dry, I'm walking with another friend. A good day ahead.
