Pilates first thing; found another new to me person. She records her actual classes and it was nice to hear other people struggle too with some moves! 
Took the car to the garage for its MOT tomorrow and took the long walk home, passing the harbour as the tenders pick up folk to take them out to the cruise ship. I am worried about my MOT this year, as if anything big goes wrong I will be struggling to finance it. 
Home to watch the olympics and the start of the velodrome; brings back memories of watching my brother do it as  a young teenager and it scared me .
