Quod oculus meus videt

Golden Sunrise

So sunrise is about 5:40 am here in the West Midlands.  One of those where the sky seemed predominantly cloudy, but just enough gap on the horizon to allow the sun's light through. I think the local farmer had a bumper bag of Corn seeds as this is one of at least 10 large fields planted with this crop.  they are now getting tall, some of them almost 2 metres high.

A working day, in the office in the morning for a meeting before visits in the afternoon.

Technical: Used a 3 stop reverse grad to try and control the brightness of the sunrise, but still needed to bracket the shots and combine as an HDR.
