Rusty Biscuit Tins

M and I were back visiting my late stepmother’s house in St Albans today.

I hadn’t managed to clear all the cupboards in the kitchen during my last visit so that was today’s job. There were 32 old biscuits/cake tins, some of which had gone mildewed and rusty. These are a small selection. I also put about 80 empty glass jars into recycling.

M’s job was to finish off opening up the remaining tins of paint in the garage and add cat litter to dry them out ready to take to the local tip at some point in the future.

We had a treat this evening though, we met up with friends M&M for dinner. We didn’t know if they would make it as they have had Covid but fortunately have just tested negative so our meal together went ahead which was most enjoyable.
