Cycling Carys!

When we woke on Sunday it was cool and over cast, so we made the decision to go out on the bikes before the sun broke through and it got too hot. It was C's first time on a proper ride on her new bike with no trailgator to use. She cycled like a demon for almost 7miles. She could probably have gone further if she had moderated her effort! Going up one of the hills I could hear her chanting: "Come on Carys, you can do it. Come on Carys, you can do it!"
