Tenby

A mixed day today.  We had breakfast in The Hive and then headed offsite to Tenby.  John wanted to scope out the area as it is where the full Iron Man event is held and he wants to do that event one day.  It's a very nice town, lovely beach and lots of nice shops, food places and coffee shops.  

The girls were really tetchy today though, arguing and moaning about everything.. If I'm honest John and I were a bit short of patience too.  We hung out on the beach for a while which we all would usually have loved but after a couple of hours we abandoned it as they were too cold, too hungry, too sandy etc etc.  Probably too tired. 

We will try to go back as it was a lovely place.  The big rock is in the middle of the beach and is covered in little barnacles and some small anenomes.

Back at the resort we had bowling pre-booked which everyone enjoyed, we cancelled our pre-booked restaurant and instead had pasta for dinner and a quiet evening playing Uno and Top Trumps and watching the athletics. Well done KjT!
