Whoo hoo, I won the Post a poppy competition this year.
Just realised all my write up has disappeared. Have tried again and it’s still not working so let’s hope it’s third time lucky.
I was delighted to win and my photo will be used as the Facebook header for the next month. A tea towel prize is in the post .
I had the Puffin Pool first thing . The water was lovely and warm.
Popped into David’s and came the long way home stopping at Udale Bay. Plenty of Canada geese and a female Mallard with about 10 ducklings.
I had a doctors appointment in the afternoon. All good with my blood pressure so will continue with the meds I’m on. My blood sugars are fine too so I can stop taking the Metformin
