Hopping

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

The Prince and I went on a hop on hop off bus tour today. Except we didn’t actually hop off because it’s way too hot to be walking about. But it was a great way to see more of the city and the spectacular buildings (although The Prince declared that his favourite part was the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium).

I marvel at the people who are just wandering around looking very cool, calm and collected when I look like a double fried chip because there’s no such thing as too much factor 50!

Madrid is really beautiful. We have loved sitting out at night eating and watching the world go by. Holiday me is very chilled as my brain has emptied out all busyness.

And it’s only one day until we see you EMP. I suspect that we will be a bit over excited. Just what you’ll need after a 13 hour flight!
