Overlooking Stubble
Basil and I Cecilied back down to Garendon Estate to find out how far the combine harvester has reached. All the land to the south of Coach Road has been mown and all land east of the road leading from the A512. Bit of a disappointment really. I had wanted a view of harvesting in progress.
You get a better view of the Temple of Venus on the ridge now that the wheat has gone. The breeze was strong and grey clouds travelling in from the west promised rain which finally arrived at the end of the afternoon.
A large logging truck was collecting lumber from the track leading to White Lodge.
Back home, I signed into an online course on ICM I've been following on Zoom. I can't say that I found it terribly inspiring.
Another Photoclub talk due tonight.
