Butterfly On Lavender
I saw a red admiral on the buddleia first thing this morning, but of course it was gone by the time I got the camera. I did get this white (not sure what type) on the rather past it lavender as a consolation prize.
Daughter#2 and SIL#2 have made their way to London this afternoon, courtesy of the good old GWR. We will see them again in London on Sunday. Ten minutes late leaving Kingham, but apparently this is much better than the German railways performance lately.
Before they left we had a very nice tapas lunch in the courtyard of the local wine bar.
In other news we had a letter from our LPG supplier. As I expected they are increasing the price by the full amount allowable in our contract, a 25% hike. It's reassuring to know that they strive to keep our prices as low as possible.
