An early train to Lancaster for a further hospital appointment.   News not as bad as we feared but a procedure will be required,  Hey ho.

Lovely and sunny here.  We popped into Grange this afternoon and popped to wonderful chocolate shop,  Choco-Lori ,  for refreshments.  Very good.
