What a way to go ....

After cutting a field of grass yesterday,guess what.. a day of showers !
Once I'd been round all the cattle, decided what the hell, I'd head off to Peebles Show. I'm a life member,so might as well .
It was a busy show with very busy sheep and cattle entries. Spent a while watching the limousin judging. And the judge placed them the way I had picked in my head,so can't be all bad !
Had a few coffees and chats at various stands,resisted buying anything expensive, and headed home mid afternoon. Got a message from one of the folk in the cottages that my bulling heifers had wrecked the fence and were in a back garden so had to go and fix the fence and knock in a few stobs.
Unfortunately my back has now gone ping so now lying on the floor with an ice pack down my shirt. Bugger. Folk laugh when you say you have a bad back,but it's something you won't wish on your worst enemy. It doesn't help when the terrier pup comes in and walks all over your face while you are on the floor.
Spotted this Land rover hearse on Purves the undertaker's stand. When I go,that's how I want to be carted off. Also in a boiler suit ,not a business suit and tie. And everyone has been told where the keys for the digger are kept, just howk a hole in the bottom field for me !.....
