All sewn together

I'm glad I took on the challenge (more than 2 years ago) of completing a project first started by my mum - probably in the late 80s or early 90s.  But it has become somewhat stressful, trying to put it together.

It's by no means perfect - it doesn't lie totally flat and there are wrinkles sewn in a few seams. But all it needs now is the binding and I can rate it as a learning experience and move on.  

Meanwhile, W has been weeding and planting.  And then he cooked roast veggies for dinner.
