Hill Top Ramblings

A girl and her dog

This morning Wendy went to nana for a while, so Rob and I went to Cape Cornwall for some sea watching. The sea was wild! We found a few sheltered spots though in the Kenidjack Valley and were surprised to see a couple of Small Pearl bordered fritillaries, which seems late in the season. Also some Brown banded carder bees.
The afternoon was filled with Wendy activities, including flower pressing, painting and baking, walking and feeding Bonnie, and then watching a bit of The Sound of Music.
It’s no wonder Gilly has no time to spare!
