Waving in the Wind

Helped by a little ICM. We went to Oscar's Pumpkin Patch to enjoy a peaceful Bank Holiday afternoon. People were picking loads of the cottage garden flowers, see extra. I got Len to pick me some sunflowers.

The sun came out just as the field was about to close. Typical. Oscar was giving people tractor rides around the farm and I got. a lift to the sunflowers in the Ranger truck. See extra.

Nineteen was there with some new pregnant ewes.

The marquee has disappeared. As I supposed when I first saw it, it could not withstand bad weather. This week's wind had torn it in two with the two halves on either side of the field.
