Easter Ross stormy weather

Very peculiar weather this morning. Very wet and grey this morning, and increasingly warm. I popped my head out of the door around 11am and it was ridiculously warm and humid. In the afternoon, when I popped out again it was extremely warm and quite sunny. I looked out of the window a couple of times, and a peacock butterfly (as seen last year) was hanging out at the front, enjoying the warmth coming out of the slabs. The wind had got up by the time I went swimming and while it was mainly sunny at Shandwick, it was tremendously windy and we also "enjoyed" a heavy shower just as we came out of the water. This Easter Ross view was taken as I headed home afterwards, decidedly damp, but not cold. The extra was taken as I headed into the water across the first "waves" I've seen in a while.

It was not much of a "swim", but rather a dip. Very relaxing, and certainly not strenuous.

It followed a busy day mainly comprising meetings - online of course. Lots of one to ones. Many notes were taken. I need to digest the results in my mind.
