Quick emergency blip

Good 5 km walk with my friend and all the dogs at Cardinham this morning. Followed by a couple of cups of coffee and trying to put the world to right.
Home for a bit of tidying and reading and generally a quiet afternoon.
Realised as the Paralympic opening ceremony started that I hadn't taken a photo today. Quickly erased all the dog bowls and toys.
It's quite cold tonight
