On the Podium!

Amelia came 3rd in the Figure Skating competition today in Saltcoats, Ayrshire.
She’s over the moon. The skaters get points for various things apart from the actual skating skills. For example starting and finish their program on time, smiling, theatricals (like how their actions go with their chosen music. Recently the skating board stopped deducting points for falls. (Phew!)
Amelia didn’t fall today and is always smiling ;-)

The weather wasn’t very nice today, wet and cold. I stayed on the boat reading, playing use and knitting.
Frank went to the music session at The Boat House.
Bella sat on deck watching the world go by.
