Hard to tell what's hill and what's cloud, especially with the telecom mast sticking up through the cloud.
There was some very heavy rain overnight, and more this morning, so I waited until the monsoon had passed before venturing out to get some shopping and deliver it to my friend in the country who is currently car-less. I was only going to drop it in but then another visitor arrived causing a rather uncomfortable situation so I stayed until they'd gone.
Getting back to usual routines today and got some housework and tidying done, a Monday chore.
After some admin in the afternoon I went for a short, slow run to see how I got on. It was long enough and I wasn't too breathless so I'm hoping I'll get back into it quickly. It was definitely easier than after the last Covid bout and it was quite pleasant being out by the almost-deserted ponds in a fairly mild, gentle rain with no wind at all.
Putting off the final (for now) bits of admin but I suppose I'd better get them done.
