Wild hogs rescue open day

This is a young female. She was brought in because she was spotted wandering about during the day. That usually means something is wrong, because hedgehogs are nocturnal hunters. She was found to have intestinal parasites. After being treated in this rescue center, she will be released back into the  approximate area where she was found.

GG and I attended a small fete/open day at Wild hogs, near Frampton upon Severn. GG had her face painted. I did not have a Shamanic reading, nor buy a scented candle, because I am saving for a music festival. 

Yes, I've bought a ticket for Musicport in Whitby in October, and booked a train ticket and a b&b. So far I'm on my own, but I've booked a room with a spare bed just in case anyone decides to join me. I love my little October jaunts,: Tenby, October 2018, and Bude, 2019,  Ilfracombe 2020, Scarborough 2021, Northumberland 2022, and  Pembs (for a yoga retreat )last year. Time to head off again!

I'm also going to Durham next week with D, but ever since he lost his house keys back in 2017 and started forgetting his bank card, I've felt more like his carer than travel.compsnion, and his health has got much worse over the past four years since CoVid mk 1. In other words, it will be a busman's holiday. Possibly my last one.
