Up sharp to wrap Nancy’s birthday hedgehog and book tickets for our birthday activity.

To the newsagent to pay my monthly newspaper bill. Then to the GP surgery to obtain records of our immunisations (for the Travel Vaccination Hub). Then to the bike shop for a new inner tube. Finally, to Sir Walter Scott’s Abbotsford House and a lovely visit to the inside and gardens.

Phew, a busy day on top of a busy weekend. Great fun though.
